The MRSI Golden Key Awards, identify, recognize and fete excellence in India’s market research and insights industry.
Mumbai: Ipsos, a global market research and advisory company has picked up two key awards last week at the Market Research Society of India (MRSI) Golden Key Awards 2024 – The Most Effective Storyteller and The Best Developmental Research awards. The MRSI Golden Key Awards, identify, recognize and fete excellence in India’s market research and insights industry.
The first award was jointly won by Ipsos and IKEA in The Most Effective Storyteller Category, for crafting inspiring consumer engagement stories. Through immersive experiences and interactive storytelling, the IKEA CMI and Ipsos team brought consumer segments to life for the diverse workforce at IKEA. Providing a shared understanding of IKEA’s customers, their needs, and how IKEA’s diverse product range could meet them. The team from IKEA was led by Naina Jayarajan (Country Customer and Consumer Insights Manager, IKEA India) and her team of Joel Agustin, and Jyoti Jayaraman; and the Ipsos team comprised of Garima Mall (Executive Director, Innovation), alongwith Jeevika Kapadia, Sangya Chandra, Namrata Kalliath and Prerana N.
The second award was won by Ipsos in The Best Developmental Research category, for their Transformative Inclusion Insights Study. The study was carried out for the Directorate of Adi Dravidar Welfare, a socio economic baseline survey among the marginalised community of Putthrai Vannar. Data collection used a stakeholder and community engagement approach to map the geographies where they reside and understand their needs. The insights gathered will help the department plan the outreach to the community with welfare policies and interventions. The Ipsos Public Affairs winning team consisted of Tripti Sharma (Director, Public Affairs), Gangotri Dash, Sivaram Lalgudi and V Karpagam.
