
Partnership with USTA and IMG to deliver every match live on Star Sports Network and JioHotstar starting with the 2025 edition
Mumbai, August 6, 2025: In a major boost to its premium sports portfolio, JioStar has acquired the exclusive broadcast and streaming rights for the US Open Tennis Championships for the next five years, beginning with the 2025 edition. The deal, secured through USTA’s global media rights partner IMG, will bring every serve, rally, and match point from the prestigious Grand Slam directly to Indian fans via Star Sports Network and JioHotstar.
Recognised as one of the most iconic and highest-attended tennis tournaments in the world, the US Open promises world-class action from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. This year’s Main Draw will unfold over 15 action-packed days from August 18 to September 7, showcasing elite-level matches under the New York lights.
Indian tennis fans can look forward to seeing global stars like Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Świątek, Novak Djokovic, and Coco Gauff, with Jannik Sinner and Aryna Sabalenka returning to defend their singles titles.
Adding to the excitement is a reimagined US Open Mixed Doubles Championship, which will feature a blockbuster line-up of 16 star pairs competing for a record $1 million prize purse. Headlining the pairings are:
