First-of-its-kind industry platform offers integrated workspace, material discovery hub, and tiered memberships for architects, designers, contractors, students, and brands
Gurugram, June 2025 — India’s booming architecture and construction sector is set for a transformation with the launch of Knowledge Center (KC), an innovative physical platform aimed at streamlining workflows, bridging gaps between stakeholders, and boosting efficiency across the ecosystem.
Founded by Ankur Jain, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience in building materials, product development, and design specifications, KC promises to address long-standing challenges — from scattered vendor networks to inefficient communication between contractors, architects, designers, and brands.
Spread over 100,000 sq. ft., KC offers an integrated environment where professionals can seamlessly coordinate projects, discover materials, access cutting-edge technology, and create content — all under one roof. The platform operates on a tiered membership model, providing tailored access for students, freelancers, studios, contractors, and brands.
Highlights of the facility include:
India’s first Walk Your Plan projection room for large-scale layout reviews.
A live Material Library featuring tactile, ready-to-use SKUs.
Fully-equipped content creation studios for walkthroughs, tutorials, and updates.
Curated vendor pods enabling direct engagement with specifiers.
Work bays, rendering labs, seminar halls, crèche, café, and breakout zones designed to support every stage of a project lifecycle.
“This is not about disruption — it’s about organisation,” says Jain. “KC was born from lived experience and the need to eliminate inefficiencies that have plagued the industry for too long. We want to empower every stakeholder to focus on what matters — building great projects.”
After its Gurugram debut, KC plans to expand to Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
