Collaboration sets new benchmark for fairness, accountability, and governance in the international esports ecosystem

National, September 26, 2025: NODWIN Gaming, one of the world’s leading esports and entertainment companies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Games and Esports Tribunal (IGET) to embed IGET’s dispute resolution framework across its global operations. The agreement was formalized during Global Esports Industry Week 2025 in Austin, Texas.
The adoption of IGET’s framework will ensure that disputes spanning tournaments, influencer management, content production, brand activations, and marketing are resolved through an independent, trusted, and globally recognized process. By incorporating IGET into its governance and operational structures, NODWIN Gaming strengthens its commitment to integrity, fairness, and transparency, aligning with international standards that support the professionalization of esports worldwide.
IGET, established by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO AMC), delivers Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services tailored to esports. Its expertise covers integrity-related issues, sponsorships, contractual disputes, and intellectual property conflicts.
