London-based technology brand partners with the celebrated photographer and filmmaker for an exclusive portrait-led campaign and custom camera presets

London, July 22, 2025: London-based technology company Nothing has announced an exclusive creative collaboration with acclaimed photographer and director Jordan Hemingway for the launch of its first over-ear headphones, Headphone (1). Known for his visceral, narrative-driven visual style, Hemingway not only shot the striking portrait-led campaign for Headphone (1) but also developed a custom camera preset for Nothing smartphones, allowing users to capture images in his signature style.

Jordan Hemingway, a New Jersey-born, London-based self-taught photographer and filmmaker, has shaped iconic campaigns for Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Mugler, Prada, and Gucci. A longtime creative collaborator of FKA Twigs, he has co-directed her live shows, music videos, and album rollouts.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Jordan Hemingway said,

“I first found myself at Nothing’s office a few years ago for an unrelated meeting. Even then, their spirit of innovation and fearless exploration left a mark on me. To return now, years later, to build something together is not just exciting—it’s an honour.”

Ryan Latham, Senior Director of Brand & Creative (Global) at Nothing, added,

“Working with Jordan was an instinctive fit. His signature aesthetic—blending honesty, beauty, and raw brutality with innovation—perfectly aligned with how we envisioned Headphone (1). We loved the idea of using portraiture to showcase unique personalities. Jordan’s ability to span music and culture, while experimenting with form, brought something refreshingly different to the campaign.”

Ryan further noted,

“Jordan’s love of technology and creative process mirrored our own design philosophy, making this project truly collaborative, interesting, and fun.”

As part of the partnership, Nothing will launch a professional camera preset titled “Stretch”, created by Jordan Hemingway, later this July. This preset will allow Nothing smartphone users to easily recreate Jordan’s signature cinematic style with just a point-and-shoot experience.
