Palia to quit JioCinema
Mumbai: Ferzad Palia, Business Head of JioCinema, is stepping down from his role as per sources, after a long-standing career with Viacom18. Palia was instrumental in driving JioCinema’s growth, guiding the platform to reach 20 million paid subscribers and 250 million monthly active users. He will stay on during the transition period to facilitate a smooth handover.
Palia will stay on during the transition period, especially as merger-related activities advance, to ensure a seamless handover.
