Think Design, an award-winning strategic UI/UX consultancy firm, partnered with VIDA World to revolutionise its digital experience in the two-wheeler EV industry

Mumbai: Think Design, Havas India’s UI/UX specialist agency, partnered with industry leader Hero MotoCorp Ltd.’s emerging electric two-wheeler brand VIDA. Think Design delivered an intuitive and immersive digital experience for VIDA’s potential customers through innovative, industry-first brand and digital product discovery, and digital purchase journeys.

With a vision to elevate digital-first user experience to new heights, Think Design used its proprietary framework calibrated with Intelligence (strategic excellence) and Craft (proficiency in UI/UX design) to deliver a reimagined digital customer experience by creating most crucial online “Reserve” and “Buy” journeys. The agency collaborated with VIDA’s MarTech team to create all the pre-launch online consumer journeys, barring “Exchange” (lack of provenance).

Helping set benchmarks for fully digital purchase journeys in the two-wheeler EV industry, Think Design implemented a mobile-first approach which not only met consumers where they are on their user journeys but also fulfilled the brand’s business objectives. This provides users with an immersive view of VIDA and its products.

Swadesh Srivastava, CBO, EMBU Hero MotoCorp Ltd. said, “We see this partnership with Think Design as a strategic investment in enhancing our digital consumption footprint. The partnership between Think Design and VIDA World has delivered an exemplary digital experience that reflects the essence of the brand, providing an experience that is enmeshed and seamless with the user’s mindset and the brand’s vision.
